23/24 SCHOOL YEAR

24/25 SCHOOL YEAR ~ TUITION

  • For the 24/25 school year, children must be at least 2 1/2 years old by September 3, 2024.

  • Our groups are very small, with 8 children per teacher.

  • The 24/25 school year is from Sept. 3, 2024, to June 6, 2025. That is 40 weeks. The rates for the entire school year are:

  • ​24/25 Mornings Only

    • T Th mornings = $5,543

    • M W F mornings = $8,319

    • M T W Th F mornings = $13,862

​

  • 24/25 All Day

    • ​T Th all day =​ $6,521

    • ​M W F all day = $9,781

    • M T W Th F all day = $16,302

24/25 SCHOOL YEAR ~ TODDLER WAITING LIST

  • ​The following children will automatically have a spot in Eagle Creek's toddler classes if they enroll by February 15, 2024:

    • ​Any child who attended Eagle Creek for the 23/24 school year

    • Any child whose sibling enrolls at Eagle Creek by February 15, 2024

  • All other children go on the Toddler Waiting List.

  • ​The waiting list is unranked, meaning the children are not in any order. â€‹

  • We will announce the children accepted from the waiting list starting March 1.

24/25 SCHOOL YEAR ~ EXTENDED  CARE

We offer steady before-school and after-school care.

​

  • You may drop off at 7 am or 7:30 am.

  • You may pick up at 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30, or 6 pm.

We also offer occasional before-school and after-school care. Your child will be in the same room and with the same friends & teachers as steady care.

  • If your child has turned 3 during the course of the school year, please click here to register for occasional care. 

  • If your child is still 2 years old during the course of the school year, please contact the school secretary to register for occasional care.

DETAILS 

  • All children pay the $225 registration fee their first year only.

  • All children should bring snacks and drinks.

  • Children in the all-day class should also bring lunch or prepay for hot lunch.

  • ​Children do not need to be potty-trained.

  • If your child starts mid-year, we prorate the tuition.

  • All children and their families may join the Eagle Creek community for events such as Trunk or Treat and Science Night.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Tour with the principal. Your child may attend your initial tour.

  • Fill out some paperwork when you arrive for your tour.

  • If your child does not attend your initial tour, please organize a follow-up tour with your child.

  • Tell us your preferred schedule. We need to know the days and times you would like.

  • Tell us what day you would like to start.
